I guide people to connect their heart to their voice. I help people explore their authentic voice through vocal exercises, movement and fun. Classes are geared towards people that seek vocal activation, connecting mind, body and spirit, vocal projection, improving self-esteem through their voice, professional vocal technique, public speakers, vocalists, applying voice to spiritual practices and mantra, unblocking the voice and learning how to hear yourself. Generally classes consists of vocal warm ups through movement and exercises, vocal technique practices, improv, learning to sing new music, applying technique to mantra. Private sessions are perfectly tailored to each individual’s needs. All ages and genders are welcome.
